These terms apply when you use the Restockify website and apps, run by Restockify LLC. By creating an account or using Restockify, you agree to them.
What Restockify does
Restockify checks the stock and prices of products you choose at supported retailers and alerts you when they become available. We aren't a store: purchases happen on the retailer's site, under the retailer's terms, and we aren't responsible for their products, prices, shipping or service.
No guarantees
We work hard to make alerts fast and accurate, but stock and prices change quickly and depend on information from retailers. We can't guarantee that an alert arrives in time, that a product is still available when you get there, or that every restock is caught. Restockify is provided “as is”.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Use Restockify for your own shopping. Don't try to overload it, scrape it, get around plan limits, or use it in a way that breaks the law or a retailer's terms.
- You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Plans
Restockify is free, with a limit on how many products you can track at once. If we add paid plans, their price and terms will be shown before you subscribe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Restockify LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed purchase or a price difference, arising from your use of Restockify.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Restockify means you accept the updated terms.
